I’m going to introduce you to a small but growing company that created a market category you should know about. I don’t need to rave on how this is the best thing ever, but I will explain the unique stand out qualities so you can evaluate how this can be the right business for you.

Organic and Natural Enterprise Group, or ONE Group for short, created the worlds first certified organic skin care range and have since expanded to be the market leader in certifed organic skin, body, hair, oral, cosmetic, household and nutritional products. Certified organics is one of the biggest new trends today.

Our anti-oxidant product, Berry Radical, is a particular stand-out compared to the competition. Made entirely of certified organic wholefoods, its ORAC score per box is 217,000 compared to about 25,000 per bottle of competing products like Xango and MonaVie. (see http://mistore.berryradical.com)

While there is no doubt you can build a business on a single product, it seems a waste to have a loyal rep only buying one product. Berry Radical is a great lead product, and then there is a full range of top line products for loads of extra comissions on the back end.

One stand out aspect of the compensation plan is the loyalty bonus. For every three active personally sponsored reps, you receive $70/month. This is enough to cover your low minimum monthly order. Now compare this to most other comp plans. If all you had in your team was just three directly sponsored people you would most likely earn only about $10 in comissions.

What is this means is new people in your team are cashflow positive much quicker, which means they are less likely to drop out and have more money to invest in building their business.

We weren’t started by a venture capital group out to make the next fad juice, but by a group of passionate people with a vision about health and organics who set out make a range of no-compromise products that even the most discerning health and environmentally concious person would love. Every aspect of the company is environmentally friendly (use renewable energy, carbon neutral etc). This culture permates the organisation to create some of the most passionate and loyal reps and customers you will ever see.

Now it’s not to say you can’t use the latest and greatest marketing techniques to get peoples attention about the business and products. If you’re on this site I don’t need to tell you about that. If you’re looking to build a business that is more than just a fad and a hope then ONE Group can be right for you.

For more information check out

http://mistore.mienterprize.com

http://www.ausorganic.com

http://www.ausorganic.com/EnterpriseProfile.pdf

P.S. to give you an idea how much these products are in demand, one rep has over 1000 direct customers in just a few short years!

A common dilema on how to approach your network marketing business is whether to lead with the product or lead with the business.

Leading with the product is a good way to start to build a good cash flow, as there is a good initial return on your time invested. Provided you have a good product then you will get loyal customers that will be advocates of the product for you. Of your most passtionate customers, you will get some team members who are unlikely to drop out as the love the product. The main thing to be carefull is not introducing the business side to customers too soon, as they may not appreciate your ulterior motive to get them to join up just yet.

The other way of leading with the business is straight up front of what it is about. It gets people excited about the possibilities and can be a fast way to build the business. The downside here is you can come across to people as building a pyramid if its just all about recruiting. A good presentation will show any prospects how it actually is legitimate.

Now there is actually a third alternative out there which is basically what the whole attraction marketing is about. This is where you lead with free training that positions yourself as a leader. By leading with the training you are attracting real business builders, as they are seeking out effective ways to build a big business.

You can guess which approach the site is based on by its domain, FreeHomeBizTraining.com!

Our Acai Berries are wild harvested sustainably and fairly from the Amazon forest.

Açaí (ah-sigh-ee) berries contain anthocyanins. Anthocyanins are found in red wine. They are thought to contribute to the “French paradox”, i.e. France has one of the lowest incidences of heart disease of any western society despite the prevalence of smoking and a diet high in saturated fat and cholesterol. Açaí contains anthocyanins at 10-30 times the concentration of red wine.

Anthocyanins are also radiation-protective, chemoprotective, vaso-protective and anti-inflammatory agents.
