Warm market is dead.

Cold calling is dead.

Online building is dead.

How is it that you can read three different opinions and come to the conclusion that there is no effective way to build your network marketing business?  Do any of these methods work anymore?  What hope is there for those of us who want to build the residual income we dream of?

The dirty secret of the network marketing training industry is that all these methods still work.   They are all valid approaches that networkers like yourself have used, still use and will use in the future to build big organisations.

Some of these trainers might have a product or service they sell in around one approach, so they’re going to tell you that it’s the best, or even only, way to build the business.   Each approach you ignore is a huge long-term income potential you are missing out on.

I’m not saying to ignore their training materials, in fact you should be studying them as they have developed proven systems in their areas of expertise.   Just take some of their claims of being the best way to build your business with a grain of salt.

I don’t have a particular product I’m trying to promote so I’m not going to say which way you should run your business. There is plenty of great training materials out there that will help you build warm-marketcold-market and online/advertising. Remember they are all complementary and no single approach is necessarily the best.

It’s ok to focus your attention on one or two ways that suits you best. Each approach has their pros and cons and you will have to work out what is best for you. But whatever you do, don’t limit how people you bring into your business build their business. Just because you are very internet savvy and can develop a good online presence doesn’t mean the next person you sponsor can do the same. However they might have a large network of people they could personally bring into the business or be a recruiting machine on the phone.

They key to massive growth in your organisation is to have a system in place that everyone can do. This system should provide some options for people to align with their strengths and situation. At ONE Group we call this multi-approach system a multi-channel enterprise.

It’s a big world out there and you’re not going to reach everyone through one medium. As you expand the ways you network with others you will also develop valuable skills and grow as a person along the way.
