I had a conversation with a YTB Director this weekend and he was insistent that YTB was travel focused. He chided me about the post about Shop YTB and them proceeded to tell me about all the juices and slimming clothes that were sold out as a result of Shop YTB.

Now that the suit by Jerry Brown, Attorney General of California is a memory and a “win” for YTB, I wonder if it really had any impact on YTB and the way they recruit? If you recall, one of the issues was the false and deceptive advertising employed by the field to seal the deal and get another TSO signed up.

Wow–not even three days after the settlement was to take effect, and the Reps are back at it. How long till YTB is hauled back in court for contempt? Here is just a sample of the continued recruiting and combining of the “2″ businesses and false claims. And this is only on Craigslist and only in a few of the major areas of California. I wonder what you find if you dig a little deeper?

I wonder if Jerry will mention this the next time he is at one of the “Opportunity Meetings”
