St. Louis, Mo., July 30, 2009 – As the national convention opens this week for YourTravelBiz.com (YTB), the Better Business Bureau (BBB) is warning consumers to be cautious when dealing with the troubled online travel company. The company has been the focus of more than 140 complaints and reports to the BBB in the past 36 months, many of those from consumers who say they were misled by exaggerated promises from the Wood River, Ill.-based company.
