COACH IS FIRED! According to a press release issued this morning, it appears that our sources yesterday were indeed correct. Coach Tomer no longer has a position in the Corporation and is now the the top Rep in the Pyramid and has been replaced by “Consultant” Bob Van Patten. It will be interesting to see how this impacts the issues facing YTB including their cash flow situation, their declining enrollment and more importantly the civil lawsuit filed by Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan.

I am the first to admit I have no idea of the full ramifications of this, but there are rumblings that YTB may indeed be moving to take itself private once again with an open share buyback program.
