Is Google Keeping You Poor?

June 10th, 2009

A great post from http://best-mlm-resources.blogspot.com/2009/06/is-google-keeping-you-poor.html:

A few days ago Ann Sieg released a video that talked about McDonald’s multi-million dollar partnership with Redbox.

And how you can take advantage of this same joint venture model to “borrow” the credibility of others and skyrocket profits in your business.

If you haven’t seen it yet, here’s the link.

(No name or email address required!)

How McDonalds “Did” IT

One of her students, Barbara Silva, has already used this exact strategy to make connections through Robert Kiyosaki.

In just a few months, his own chiropractor, Dr. Kent Ozman, has started personally working with her to distribute her products on a mass scale.

And get this… ROBERT KIYOSAKI IS JUST ONE OF THE BIG NAMES THIS GUY WORKS WITH!

His list of clients includes Dr. Demartini from “The Secret,” Jack Canfield, and even famous musicians like Ringo Starr and Sting.

One of the ways Dr. Ozman is working with Barbara is by helping to make her products part of the curriculum at two of the most renowned chiropractic schools in the nation!

Pretty incredible, huh?

Here’s the reason I bring this up.

Mike Klingler and Ann just started a brand-new mentoring program a few weeks ago.

And setting up joint venture partnerships like Barbara did is just ONE of the topics they’ve already covered.

You see, here’s the thing.

Most people naturally assume the best way to get MORE leads is to generate MORE traffic.

But in many cases, if you’re already generating leads on a daily basis… GETTING MORE VISITORS TO YOUR WEBSITE ISN’T THE ANSWER!

In order to reach six-figures and beyond there are other skills you must think about developing –- eventually!

I’m talking skills outside of traffic generation tools like Google and Twitter.

Skills that will help make getting traffic to your website A LOT easier!

(Plus, they’ll open up new, high-volume lead generation strategies that AREN’T available to most people)

That’s what this program is all about.

Let me give you a sample of what they’ve already covered and will be covering.

-How to get ANY heavy-hitter to personally introduce you and your product to their huge groups of loyal followers

-Simple outsourcing and team-building methods to slash costs, free up huge amounts of your time, and eliminate the need to learn things you don’t know how to do (or want to do!)

-A simple change to less than 10 words in your emails that can instantly double sales

-How to know if you’re even in the right business to begin with. Attraction marketing will work for any business or product, but some will get you where you want to be faster than others

(They’ll show you what to look for!)

-How to dominate your niche and claim the #1 spot for any keyword or marketing method you decide to use

-How to almost “magically” make 2x, 4x, even 8x the amount of profit from your website WITHOUT driving any more traffic to it

-The shortcut methods for creating your own information product (the ULTIMATE prospect magnet …. branding YOU)

Let me be straight with you.

This program ISN’T for everyone.

It’s not cheap either.

That said, here’s who should consider it:

1) You know how to generate leads. Now you want to know how to generate more of them.

A LOT MORE.

Maybe you’re generating 5, 10, 20, or even 30 or more leads a day but for some reason you seem to have come to a stand-still.

And you CAN’T quite figure out why.

Your business is doing better than ever before and you’ve got people coming to you.

But now you’re ready to kick it up a notch to six-figures and beyond.

You want to know why some people’s stuff always seems to get promoted by EVERYONE.

Why some people’s ads always seem to be EVERYWHERE you look online.

And why some people always seem to get “lucky” and magically land the almighty heavy-hitters who explode their business.

If this is you… RENEGADE BREAKTHROUGH IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Here’s who else should consider it.

2) You’re just getting started online but you’re the type of person who likes to go ALL-OUT when you do something.

You’re serious about making money from home and you want to make progress –- FAST!

You look at running your own business the same way you’d look at learning ANY new profession.

(Like becoming a dentist or a doctor.)

You know there’s learning involved and with each new set of skills you acquire comes a new and higher income level!

If this describes you…

Renegade Breakthrough is also the place for you!

So if YOU fall into either one of these groups …. you can get all the details here: Renegade Breakthrough Mentoring

A Successful Blog Can Increase Website Traffic

April 29th, 2009

Maintaining a successful web log can be key to getting traffic to your web site, provided it is updated frequently and uses quality information to attract visitors. Many bloggers make a living by keeping people attracted to their blogs and joining in the fun and excitement that can be found on the internet information sites.

Some blogs are informational in nature while others could be considered controversial …. and knowing the audience that the site owner wishes to attract will direct the tone of the blog. Whenever an entry is made on a blog, at the end it should include information about the web site sponsoring the page with hyperlinks back to the original site. This not only attracts qualified customers to the site, but also provides a quality link to the site, also increasing traffic by improving a site’s rankings with the search engines. Note: I don’t always do this and prefer embedding a link into the article itself. Plus, only if the link relates to the subject of the article in a direct way.

Web sites must rely on traffic for their survival, as without visitors, they will have no business. Blogging is only one part of a network marketing plan to improve online visibility as well as drawing people to the site. The blog however, should be related to the products or services being offered by the web site to which it links.

For example, a web site focused on pet care products, could have a blog concerning pet health offering and asking for input from pet owners as well as veterinarians. It will begin to draw people to the blog for advice and subsequently to the site for the products. If the blog is on politics or celebrity miscues, it will not draw those interested in pet products.

Conversely, once the people interested in the blog subject have their say, if they do not have a pet, they will not visit the site. The two need to go together not only for the search engines, but also for the visitors who are the most important part of conducting business.

You want proof that blogging works?

Look at this one …. Best MLM Resources. Going strong for over 4 years and brings lots of traffic. If my content fits my targeted traffic (which it does) …. much of that traffic converts to sales or leads. For another example look at Small Business Resources Cafe. A blog I started this year that is already being published on some sites like Fox News, USA Today, and the Wall Street Journal.

Nice huh?

Lead with the product, Lead with the business or Lead with the…

August 1st, 2008

A common dilema on how to approach your network marketing business is whether to lead with the product or lead with the business.

Leading with the product is a good way to start to build a good cash flow, as there is a good initial return on your time invested. Provided you have a good product then you will get loyal customers that will be advocates of the product for you. Of your most passtionate customers, you will get some team members who are unlikely to drop out as the love the product. The main thing to be carefull is not introducing the business side to customers too soon, as they may not appreciate your ulterior motive to get them to join up just yet.

The other way of leading with the business is straight up front of what it is about. It gets people excited about the possibilities and can be a fast way to build the business. The downside here is you can come across to people as building a pyramid if its just all about recruiting. A good presentation will show any prospects how it actually is legitimate.

Now there is actually a third alternative out there which is basically what the whole attraction marketing is about. This is where you lead with free training that positions yourself as a leader. By leading with the training you are attracting real business builders, as they are seeking out effective ways to build a big business.

You can guess which approach the site is based on by its domain, FreeHomeBizTraining.com!

4 Essential Network Marketing Training Principles

January 13th, 2008

By: Wil Chirinos

One of the old techniques on how an MLM works is to have distributors draft a list of targeted prospects from their warm market.

Now that you’ve run out of your warm market, how do you build an MLM business beyond your friends and relatives?

The problem with this Network Marketing Training Principle is two fold:

1. People might not have the need or the desire to consume the products you’re marketing or just are not interested in the so called ” opportunity” to generate an additional income.

2. If this is the second, third, or even fourth time around you talk to your warm market about another one of your “business ventures”, they have grown immune to your pitch.
Warm market marketing is the hardest market there is. As long as you are not making tons of money, expecting to build a business talking to your friends and family will lead to failure unless you learn how to break out of your limited circle of friends and family and find other prospects for your business.

Your warm market list alone is not going to help you build a residual income business in the long run.

So how should you grow your business?

Go back to marketing principles.

Here are four steps that you would need to master to be able to advance your MLM business beyond the prospecting barrier of your warm market.

1. You must learn to target your market for your products.
Position your products or services in the market place. Define your target market, what are the benefits of consuming your products, what value they bring to an individual. Once you answer these questions, you will be able to identify your potential customer base.

2. You need to deliver the right message to that targeted sector of the market. The “right” message should be the message that solves their problems. This message is based on their own desires and needs, not based on the fact that you would like to make another buck when they purchase your products.

3. You need to facilitate the purchase by basing it on what is the best choice for the consumer, the ease of payment, shipping, follow up and support calls.

4. This prospecting message needs to be delivered to the right targeted audience at the right time based on the consumers’ own time table.

These 4 essential marketing principles bring me to my point on how an mlm works:

Learning about marketing, learning how to market your products is an essential component to building a thriving business in network marketing. This is a grossly understated component in any company-sponsored MLM training.

If you were to take what’s being taught in any MLM program and bring it into another field of business, for instance, retailing, those techniques would never stand a chance of surviving.

Can you imagine Coca Cola having its employees draft a list of its employees’ warm market to sell its products to?

A good upline leader who has spent any time studying marketing principles should be able to tell his downline members:

· How /where to find leads for your products/services for not more than 20 cents per lead as opposed to $5, $10, or even $20 for so-called opportunity seekers leads.

· What to say to a lead once you find that prospect based on his needs.

· How to facilitate the purchase for that consumer.

· How to determine if the consumer is ready to make a purchasing decision solely based on the consumer’s own time table.
These basic components should be addressed as you embark to work with your mentor/sponsor in your network marketing company.

In order to break the friends and family barrier, you need to learn how to put the marketing back in network marketing. Develop the skill set of a marketer, learn how to position your products in front of a hungry consumer market that is seeking the very same products you offer.

To Hype or Not To Hype

January 4th, 2008

by Michael Lemm

OK, before anybody get’s their shorts in a bunch let me make it clear I’m not advocating hype. Quite the contrary… I hate it.

You know the type. “Make a million in your underwear”… “$100,000 with no
selling and no sponsoring”… “We build it for you”… “Our secret system guarantees you’re success”….yada yada.

But why do we see so much of it? I don’t think you can just shrug it off to “they don’t know any better,” or “their values are lower.” It’s too prevalent. In fact, some so called “gurus” teach it! You know, the “headlines that sell” type of info products, ezine articles, conference calls, seminars and such.

Why?

Well, I set out awhile back to do a simple little experiment testing “hype” vs “no hype”. I found a few message boards that are really nothing more
than a free for all, anything goes advertising stage (not hard to find, unfortunately). I posted a few ads with catchy (if I do say so myself) hype headlines and content (otherwise known as emotional drivel).

I also continued my normal “tell it like it is,” “this is the real truth” marketing habits in my usual locals.

What happened?

To my dismay, the hype ads received lots of “hits” and a decent amount of sign-ups. The honest approach received the usual steady but not “massive” performance.

The results? (Pay attention, kiddies…here’s the moral of the story)

The folks who became customers and sub-agents from the honest upfront approach were much fewer in number, BUT more solid! The customers were
loyal users and offered referals. The sub-agents actually grasped the concept
that you have to sell product to earn income (hey Junior, it’s called Network Marketing, not Network Recruiting, for a reason. Duh!) Plus those they recruited were brought in under the “honesty” label, too, and were taught to
sell also.

Hmmmm….doing things the right way? May be slower (by appearance) but definitely the kind of structure to build.

The others — those emotional “I’ll jump” looking for a good time crowd?

How did they fare?

Briefly… they didn’t do diddly.

Customers dropped after a short time or never fully activated and paid.
The sub-agents sat on their hands waiting for something to happen. They all
had the attention span of my teenage son on a Friday night… in a theater
full of equally hormonally challenged teenage girls.

No focus… no effort… all looks with no substance.

Now, see the difference?

You may get numbers and “massive growth” from hype, but it’s all smoke
and mirrors. Doesn’t mean squat.

While the less flashy professional and honest approach gets results. Real results. It may not make the headlines. But it will sneak up on ya. Before you know it, you’ve got a heck of business the others won’t have.

It pays to be a tortoise. Plod along to the finish line.

Let the hare run around like a fool. You can send him/her a post card from your yacht!

Hope ya learned something….

Be honest… be helpful… be yourself… and have fun.

Take your pants off in public. Wear your heart on your sleeve.

Or maybe you’re more sedate, more low keyed. It doesn’t matter.

What matters is that people leave you thinking, “I just met a real person, a genuine human being, a positive honest spirit not trying to trick me to do anything.”

All the Hype Masters are missing the boat when they try to take you where they want you to go. Whatever they build won’t last.

Get real. Be honest. Tell your story and listen. Care.

You’ll build a business….a real one that lasts.
